Partner and Head of Residential Real Estate

I joined Child & Child in 2020 as a Partner in the Real Estate department, specialising in real estate acquisition and disposal, bank security and equity releases.

I focus on the high-end Central London residential property market, often involving complex and offshore structures. My diverse range of clients include overseas investors, high net worth individuals, family offices, trust companies, developers, investment companies, landlords and banks. I also have extensive experience of dealing with share purchase agreements and ‘de-enveloping’ offshore property vehicles in a tax efficient manner.

I’ve been involved in a number of high-profile transactions, including Fountain House Park Lane, Grosvenor Square, Grosvenor Crescent and One Hyde Park. Clients appreciate my commercial and practical approach, and my responsiveness when dealing with tight deadlines and complex problems.
