I focus on the purchases & sales of New Build properties. For residential Developers I assist with Plot Sales, Advising on site Assembly and Consulting on Site Set-Ups. For residential buyers my team and I can assist with all aspects of the conveyancing of brand new and off plan properties direct from developers.

I also act on a wide variety of commercial property transactions for national and international companies. This can be on behalf of landlord or tenant, or of buyer or seller, and estate management work.

In 2016, I became Head of New Homes at Laytons LLP and in 2021 took up a similar role with Child & Child.
