Career

Vitaliy is a Partner in the Energy and Projects team at the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. He focuses on M&A, financing, commercial law and regulatory advice in relation to: oil&gas, natural resources, conventional&renewable power generation, clean tech, infrastructure and PPP projects. Vitaliy has been at forefront of the legislative initiatives and changes in Ukraine’s energy market, advising the Ukrainian government stakeholders and IFIs on the comprehensive reform of the natural gas and electricity sectors to achieve compliance with the EU 3rd energy package, restructuring and unbundling of the state-owned energy companies, sustainable design of the competitive support system for renewable energy projects, market design and sector-wide laws.

Vitaliy is ranked Tier 1 by recent editions of Chambers Europe, IFLR, Legal 500, Ukrainian Law Firms legal directories and listed among “TOP 100 lawyers of Ukraine”.
