CMS stands out as a primary choice for insurance companies, pension and private equity funds, and commercial and residential developers seeking advice throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to sale. The ‘exceptional‘ team also boasts a German desk, allowing it to also assist German clients expanding their investments into Poland; this is overseen by Lidia Dziurzyńska-Leipert. In addition to its transactional prowess, the team is well versed in sustainability matters, providing guidance on the ESG aspects of real estate investments. At the helm of this sizeable team is Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, whose expertise extends to both office and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on residential properties. Other key team members include Michał Mieciński, an expert in M&A and joint ventures with a real estate component, and Dominik Rafałko.
