José Ramón is an associate in the practice areas of financial and regulatory law. His professional practice has focused on developing administrative procedures before the CNBV, Banco de México and CONDUSEF, among other authorities of the Mexican Financial System.
He also has provided support in the preparation and review of financial contracts entered by financial entities enter with its clients and of contracts that require authorization by the financial authorities.
