Career
With more than 7 years of experience, Ixchel Duarte is part of our Infrastructure team. She has experience in the analysis and review of contracts related to the design and construction of energy and industrial plants, preparation of corporate documentation, as well as administrative procedures such as the preparation and review of articles of incorporation and meetings.
She also worked in the area of litigation in administrative matters, where she carried out activities such as preparation and presentation of claims, as well as various administrative appeals; both in Federal and Local Courts. More recently, she has focused on contracts and related processes in Infrastructure, specifically on the Mayan Train project, advising Fonatur on various legal issues regarding tenders, contracts, etc.
