Racheal has broad and well-established property, banking and finance experience range from advising on both domestic and international lenders, borrowers, funds and DFIs in their financing and project development transactions.
In addition to her property, banking and finance expertise, Racheal has vast experience in conducting due diligences on companies having conducted various due diligences of companies in various sectors including healthcare, gaming and betting, among others. She also routinely advises on a wide array of corporate and banking issues across a range of sectors.
She previously worked with Yiga Advocates and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
