Fabiana Fonseca heads the Corporate/M&A department of the firm.

She has over 19 years of experience and solid knowledge of Brazilian corporate law, having worked for Porto Lauand Advogados before joining Rayes&Fagundes.

Her practice is focused mainly on corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, and complex domestic and international contracts.

Fabiana also has a strong academic background and is a professor at Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado.

Fabiana Fonseca also represents the firm in national and international organizations (Brazilian Association of Private Equity & Venture Capital – ABVCAP; Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce – Brazilcham, among others) and networks of law firms located throughout Americas, Europe and Asia (e.g. Lexwork International)
