Career

Felipe Vazquez Aldana has represented the largest and medium banking institutions in Mexico for more than 35 years, including Banco Santander (Mexico), S.A., Banco Nacional de México, S.A. (Citibanamex), Banco Regional de Monterrey, S.A., Bansi, S.A. HSBC México, S.A., Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A., Banco Mercantil del Norte, S.A. and BBVA Bancomer, S.A., structuring loans and attesting agreements and contracts as Notary Public.

Mr. Vazquez Aldana is one of the most prestigious public notaries in western Mexico when dealing with banking transactions. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Finamex Casa de Cambio, S.A.B. de C.V. a highly reputable financial institution on Mexico. He has also participated in structuring private placements for financial service companies specialized in providing various wealth management and private banking services.

With a strong practice in Real Estate representing foreign investors and real estate developers in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. Likewise, he has represented clients in acquiring land for future development for industrial developments, housing projects, hotels and office buildings, among others.

Mr. Vazquez Aldana obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Autonoma Guadalajara (1977) whit honorific mention and he studied a Law Seminar in Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. (1994).

He is Notary Public since 1987, Member of the Jalisco Notary Public Bar (Colegio de Notarios del Estado de Jalisco) and Member of the Notary Public Mexican Bar (Colegio Nacional del Notariado Mexicano, A.C.). Likewise, he is member of the National Association of Corporate Counsels, A.C. (ANADE) and he has been member of the Board of Directors or Management Board of several Corporations, Universities, Red Cross, Social Clubs, etc.
