He was previously an appellate judge prior to retiring from the São Paulo State Court of Appeals and Founder and First President of the São Paulo Magistrates’ Academy and Director of the TJSP São Paulo Magistrates’ School.

Carlos was also the Creator, Coordinator and President of the First World Congress of Magistrates’ Schools, which was held in São Paulo.

 

 

 

He is an Advising Magistrate at CEPES – the Research and Study Center at the First Civil Appeals Court in the State of São Paulo.
