Consultant, 25 + years qualified, is exceptionally experienced in a wide range of regulatory matters. He has represented both corporate and individual clients in relation to health & safety, environmental, corporate and gross negligence manslaughter, food safety, fire safety and trading standards prosecutions. He has also prosecuted on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive.
Career
Tim holds a Masters Degree in Health and Safety and Environmental Law, graduating with distinction in 2008. A joint paper with Salford University was presented to the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors COBRA conference in Cape Town in September 2009. He has passed the Construction Skills, operatives health and safety test and is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association.
