She works on the conduct and supervision of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, having worked on cases involving business and corporate law. She also works on due diligence for acquisitions, sales and mergers of companies in various sectors, as well as bidding processes and incorporation of companies. She also advises Human Resources and Personnel Departments on labor law matters.
