Fernando Bilotti Ferreira is the leading partner of the litigation department at Santos Neto Advogados, acting in dispute resolution, litigation, restructuring and bankruptcy. He has a solid background in civil and commercial complex litigation, comprising cross border litigation, class actions, contractual disputes, corporate litigation, product liability and credit recovery, among others. He also has broad experience with sophisticated restructuring and transactions involving distressed assets and companies (Distressed M&A) related to agribusiness, industrial, energy, infrastructure, among others. Graduated in Law at PUC/SP, has an extension Course in Consumer Law at PUC/SP and master’s degree in civil Procedure Law at PUC/SP.
