Henrique Munia e Erbolato
He worked for prestigious brazilian and international Spanish law firms, and for a swedish multinational company of the telecom industry. He has experience in tax consulting and litigation, both at the Judicial and Administrative levels. His job includes the analysis of the tax aspects related to the structuring or restructuring of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and foreign investment. He has expertise in several industries, including agriculture, infrastructure, health, technology, entertainment and telecommunications. He is the author of several articles published in national and international books and magazines. He is an administrative judge at the Taxpayers Council of the Municipality of São Paulo. He has graduated in Law at PUC/São Paulo, Post Graduated in Tax Law at IBET, has a Certificate in Business Administration and LL.M. with honors from Northwestern University School of Law/Kellogg School of Management.
