Victor is an associate of the firm, specializing in economic regulation and administrative and constitutional litigation. He is a Chevening scholar and pursued a Masters degree in Anti-Corruption and Governance at the University of Sussex, where he graduated with Distinction. He is also a professor of administrative law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
