Career

Cristina has more than twenty years of experience in public law, Infrastructure area in road, highway, airport and railway modes, project structuring, public-private partnerships, concessions and financing, as well as accompaniment in bidding processes and contractual execution.

Before to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she was the General Secretary of Construcciones El Condor S.A.

Cristina has been involved in important infrastructure projects in the country, among which are the award of Opain, structuring, awarding and financing of Pacifico 2 and Ruta al Mar, acquisition and financing of Pacifico 3.

Throughout his career, he has participated in different projects related to highways and transportation infrastructure projects, for the public and private sector, and has participated in bidding processes, financing of Third and Fourth Generation concession projects, as well as in the drafting and/or review of agreements and contracts.

At Posse Herrera Ruiz, her main experience is focused on the structuring of infrastructure projects in urban public transportation, airports, highways, railroads, ports and aqueducts, advising the main actors in infrastructure projects.

She is a professor of specialization at Universidad del Rosario, being in charge of the chair of Typology of State Contracts – PPPs and their financing.
