Alejandro is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice group. He has been with the Firm since 2018.

He has advised clients on complex financing transactions, including corporate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, among others. He has acted as counsel to clients on structuring financing transactions, negotiating security packages, and a wide variety of guarantee agreements.
