Juan Camilo is an associate in the Firm´s Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration team. He has experience in litigation in national arbitration proceedings as well as in commercial and civil litigation before Colombian courts. He has also advised clients in business structuring, drafting of contracts and with legal advice related to their corporate matters. Before joining the firm, he advised clients in the energy, gas transportation, construction, medical cannabis among others industry sectors. Juan Camilo worked as a paralegal and as an associate in the corporate and litigation practice areas of two local firms. He holds an undergraduate law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
