Lawyer. Universidad Surcolombiana. Specialization in Mining and Oil Law, Universidad Externado de Colombia. Specialization in Administrative Law, Universidad Externado de Colombia. Diploma in Conciliation in Civil and Administrative Law, natural and legal persons, Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Master in Regulatory Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Her early  career was spent at EMGESA S.A. (ENEL Colombia), particularly in the El Quimbo Hydroelectric Project. Subsequently, she worked in the Colombian Attorney General’s Office, first in the Advisory Group on Mines, Hydrocarbons and Royalties of the Attorney General’s Office and then in the Office of the Delegated Attorney General for Environmental Matters. At VGC Abogados she is part of the Projects team where she works on the design of strategies for the environmental approval of projects and the processing of environmental and sectorial permits.

She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
