Paulo joined Basch & Rameh in 2000 and is now at the forefront of the corporate sector of the firm. Advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and foreign investments in Brazil, as well as transactions in the oil and gas industry. He is noted for his expertise in financing transactions (asset finance) of oil platforms, drilling rigs and vessels.
