Mr. Rouvelas represents leading companies and trade associations in transportation, telecommunication, high technology, hospitality, and manufacturing in Washington, D.C. activities and strategies, and as lead government affairs counsel in transnational acquisitions, mergers, and negotiations. He founded the firm’s Public Policy practice and is internationally recognized as an authority in both government affairs and ocean shipping law and for four decades has traveled globally to more than 40 countries to represent clients.
