George Kontakis is a NY litigation partner and member of K&L Gates’ Maritime Group. His broad practice encompasses commercial and criminal maritime matters, including MARPOL investigations, arbitration, charter party disputes, P&I and FD&D matters, collisions, spills and casualties, vessel sales, insurance coverage, OFAC and attachment and arrest proceedings.
