Jayne joined Richard Nelson LLP in 2018 as a Partner and Head of the Employment team. She trained at a top 100 law firm. Prior to joining the firm, Jayne was a partner and head of the employment department at Chattertons then at Cleggs Solicitors.

Jayne represents employees and specialises in representing professional such as teachers, nurses, doctors, pharmacists and those in regulated sectors. She has a particular interest in assisting those facing maternity/pregnancy discrimination and disability discrimination.
