Paul has tried many lawsuits — in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, Kansas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Texas. His products liability trial experience includes pharmaceutical and medical device cases for Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, McNeil and Ethicon, and automotive cases for General Motors, Mazda and Nissan.
Paul is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has been recognized by Lawdragon 500 (Product Liability and Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Litigation), The Best Lawyers in America®, which selected him as Lawyer of the Year for Product Liability Litigation–Defendants in 2013, and Mid-South Super Lawyers.
