Jacqueline DiRamio’s practice includes both patent prosecution and litigation matters. Her patent prosecution experience involves a variety of scientific areas, including the mechanical, electrical, and chemical arts, as well as medical devices. She has also worked on opinions, interferences, reexaminations, and on a case before the ITC. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DiRamio was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she examined patent applications involving medical devices and diagnostic methods.
