Career

Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of USP and biologist graduated from UNESP. She holds a PhD from PROCAM/USP and Specialist in Coastal Management from UNESP.

She is an affiliated professor at UNIFESP and a guest at UNESP, teaching subjects on environmental legislation, expertise and auditing, valuation of damages and waste.

His practice focuses on Environmental Law (Civil, Administrative and Criminal), Maritime, Waste and Mining Law. She was chosen as one of the most admired lawyers in the environmental area by the magazine Análise (2018 – 2022).

He was head of the Legal Advice of DECONT, of the Secretariat of the Green Environment of São Paulo. Worked in several offices specialized in Environmental Law.

She is a researcher at the Study Group Applied to the Environment: Preventive and Remedial Protection of Damages (USP). Researcher at the Multidisciplinary Center for Studies in Solid Waste at USP – CeRSOL. Researcher at the Center for Disaster Prevention in the State of São Paulo – CEPED.

Author of articles on Environmental Law, mainly on the topics: contaminated areas, licensing, groundwater, concessions, waste, sustainable consumption, coastal management and oil.
