He specializes in highly regulated deals assisting domestic and foreign companies on TMT regulation, data protection and new technological platforms. From the banking and financial angle, he is an expert in financial restructuring processes, leading the first of this kind in Chile a few years ago. He also focuses, advising lenders and borrowers, in acquisition finance and international financings.
