Career

Rashaad specialises in banking and finance and has experience in the areas of general banking and debt finance, syndicated lending, acquisition and leveraged finance (both domestic and cross-border), project finance, commercial property finance and mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border including the sale of shares and shareholder agreements). Rashaad has been involved in financing arrangements in relation to both local and multinational listed and unlisted companies and acts for both lenders and borrowers. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, he lectured in the Private Law Department at the University of Pretoria.
