  • Assisted Apex all along a deal by conducting a due diligence on the target company, a compliance review of the target company’s fiduciary business, negotiating the SPA and assisting on the completion of the deal.
  • Acted as local counsel for Ascent Capital Africa II advising on regulatory requirements for setting up the fund structure, reviewing fund documents from a local law perspective and issuing the customary capacity and enforceability opinions to investors.
