Position

Laura is a leading litigator in British Columbia practicing in civil and commercial litigation and public law, and currently serves as the leader of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Vancouver and Kelowna. Laura has extensive experience as trial and appellate counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia. She has also appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, and various arbitration and administrative tribunals. Laura focuses on strategic and practical litigation advice to clients operating in a diverse range of industries. She acts for clients in the gaming industry, the banking and securities industries and is litigation counsel to health and welfare benefit trusts.

Laura has been recognised by Benchmark Litigation Canada on the 40 & Under for the past four consecutive years, and has also been recognised by Benchmark Litigation Canada as a Litigation Star for the past three years.
