Leading the group are Jeremy Berchem, noted for his expertise in bond issuances and debt instruments, as well as associated restructuring matters, and Stuart Tyler, who focuses on debt and acquisition financing.

Appleby makes use of its international network to advise professional trustees and corporations on a variety of trust matters, including the establishment of trust structures, issues between trustees and beneficiaries, and employee benefit trusts and pensions.
