Rubén Aguirre has acted as Notary Public to the main real estate developers, the mexican banks and their clients located in northern Mexico. He has extensive experience in drafting loan and mortgage agreements. With the cooperation of Messrs Cesar Ochoa and Alejandro González-Bernal, partners of the firm, planned and implemented the legal structure of the Housing Program” Binomio-Ahorro Hogar” financed by the Mexican Government Housing Institute (INFONAVIT) from which Condak-Pulte was awarded by Ford as Q1 World Wide supplier.
