Position
Andrew’s practice focuses on investment funds for Asian clients and includes advising on all aspects relating to the formation and maintenance of both private equity and hedge funds. In addition, he advises on a broad spectrum of matters, including downstream corporate and finance transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general corporate law.
Career
Andrew joined the Group’s law firm in 2017 in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Andrew was Counsel at Haiwen & Partners in Hong Kong and spent over six years in the Hong Kong office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
