Howard Schreiber’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and financings. Experienced in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry, with particular concentration in commercial real estate lending and loan workouts, office leasing, and asset dispositions. He is the co-head of the firm’s global commercial real estate practice group.

In the firm’s Dallas office, Jeff Giese is experienced on investments, transactions and joint ventures, with Matthew Scoville being another key name in the New York office for his transactions, workouts, and restructuring expertise.
