Career

Daniel Dokos is Head of Weil’s Global Finance practice, representing financial institutions, non-bank lenders, and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged acquisition and recapitalization transactions, syndicated lending, investment grade lending, cash flow lending, and asset-based lending, as well as loan restructurings, debtor in possession financings, and exit financings. He has extensive experience in all areas of bank financing, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and cross-border lending. Daniel served on the Firm’s Management Committee from 2008 to 2016.
