Jean Beauchataud is a corporate partner in the Paris office of Weil, Gostal & Manges office.

His practice focuses on corporate transactions, particularly leverage buyouts and other private equity transactions. He regularly advises his clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and restructuring transactions. He has also developed a strong expertise in the field of debt restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions transactions.
