It advised Avic International Real Estate Kenya on the development of a mixed-use development comprising of one of the tallest office blocks in Kenya, a modern retail and commercial centre, a five-star hotel and three residential apartment blocks. It also advised Sarit Centre on the expansion of the mall to include more retail and commercial space.
