Karim LaljiAnjarwalla & Khanna

Anjarwalla & Khanna is a first port of call among clients for advice on large-scale projects, energy and infrastructure matters. The team, which is prominent in cross-border mandates, handles a full spectrum of work, including construction, finance transactions, M&A and dispute resolution. The department is increasingly active in renewable energy projects outside Kenya, including advising Berkeley Energy on a solar power complex in Madagascar. The firm continues to attract a mix of lender and developer engagements. Amyn Mussa leads the department, with support from key practitioners Ian Gaitta and Karim Lalji.
