Eilidh Findlay

Eilidh is a Scottish qualified Associate based in the Litigation and Dispute Management Practice group in our Edinburgh office. She handles all aspects of commercial litigation with a particular focus on real estate litigation.
Eilidh has experience in advising on a wide range of contentious property issues such as landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations claims, recovery of rental arrears, service charge disputes and repossession cases. She also advises on general commercial disputes including construction litigation, debt recovery and insurance litigation. Eilidh has experience advising and appearing in a number of Scottish Sheriff Court actions and has been involved in a number of high profile Court of Session cases where she works closely with Counsel to meet client needs.
