Oliver is an Associate with the Eversheds’ Clean Energy and Sustainability team. Since joining Eversheds, he has worked primarily on transactions in the clean energy sector including consented and operational developments including solar PV, onshore and offshore wind and hydro-assets.

Whilst Oliver's core practice is clean energy, he has experience in a wide range of matters, including general corporate, M&A, commercial dispute resolution and tax. Examples of his recent experience includes: advising a consortium developing the UK’s largest offshore wind farm; advising a Japanese investor on its acquisition of a portfolio of operating wind farms; advising a Saudi Arabian engineering company on its proposed development of onshore wind and solar projects in Egypt; advising a NASDAQ listed fund on its acquisition of a portfolio of 5,000 residential rooftop projects; advising a renewable private equity fund on re-financing its portfolio of consented hydro projects; advising an operator of a series of operational single wind turbine installations in respect of its proposed re-financing of operational projects; advising a leading Consortium comprised of established market participants on its development of an off-shore wind farm; and advising a Saudi Arabian engineering company on its proposed development of wind and solar projects in Egypt.
