Karen is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group specialising in both non-contentious and contentious construction matters.

She advises on all aspects of construction law and advises public and private companies and funders on JCT contracts.

Karen's current projects in the construction sector include advising a housing association on their contracting strategy with regards to a series of responsive repairs contracts. She was involved in a Technology and Construction Court matter where she acted for owners of 350 flats in a representative action under CPR 19.6 against a developer under the Defective Premises Act 1972.
