Alison is a professional support lawyer in the finance team with particular expertise in banking law. Before joining Eversheds as the banking PSL in 2007, Alison worked in the banking team at Wragge & Co (initially in a fee earning role and then as the team's first PSL). Prior to that she spent several years in the banking team of Clifford Chance’s Singapore office specialising in international project finance and general corporate lending. Alison trained and qualified at Wilde Sapte (now Dentons).

As a PSL at Eversheds, Alison is responsible for developing and maintaining precedents, writing and co-ordinating training, collating know-how and keeping the team up to date with legal and technical developments. She works closely with the restructuring/insolvency PSL to support the needs of the wider Finance team and with other PSLs across CCPG and firmwide in identifying and implementing projects for the benefit of all legal advisers including document automation, process improvement and initiatives such as the online transaction bible storage system.
