Recent transactions that Sarah-Jayne has been involved in include acting for Anglia Regional Co-operative Society on the disposal of their department store business, Tyco International Management on the sale of their security business in several different jurisdictions including Greece, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Holland, Hungary, Poland and Sweden, and individual shareholders in the sale of Sense Enterprise Solutions Limited. On the buy-side, Sarah-Jayne assisted in the recent acquisition by Danwood Group Limited of PHJ Limited (an IT and Telecoms Specialist company), the acquisition of Espares Limited by Connect Distribution Services Limited, the acquisition of Blackroc Distribution Limited for a US client (United Radio Inc.) and the acquisition by The Freshly Made Food Company of Tasties of Chester Limited. Sarah-Jayne also recently acted for Greencore PLC in the £113m takeover of Uniq plc.

Sarah-Jayne has extensive experience co-ordinating due diligence teams from a range of disciplines including real estate, human resources and construction advising primarily private sector clients, domestically and internationally across a variety of sectors (including renewable energy, food and private equity) and a broad range of deal structures.
