Shareenah is an Associate in our Corporate group specialising in Restructuring work. She works on both contentious and non-contentious matters and in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency.

Her recent experience includes acting for Deloitte LLP as Administrators in the administration of Mark Group Limited; acting for board members/ directors to protect them personally in a number of solvent restructuring processes; acting for Mazars LLP as the Trustees in Bankruptcy of a number of individuals.

Shareenah trained with Eversheds and qualified in September 2015, having completing seats in Commercial IP, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Restructuring. Shareenah spent the final six months of her training contract on an international secondment to the UAE during which time she assisted the corporate team across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The Restructuring team of which Shareenah is a member occupies Tier 1 status in both Legal directories for Restructuring and Insolvency work and is recognised as a "Restructuring Powerhouse" (Legal 500).
