Emma is an Associate in the Commercial team in Manchester and a member of the firm’s Consumer and Health Groups. She has experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements for public and private sector clients in a variety of sectors, including finance, chemicals, nuclear, education and health.

Her recent experience includes advising a global agro-chemicals business on a number of related international long term and high value supply agreements as part of a global disposition and advising a private healthcare client in relation to a £235m musculoskeletal integrated care project.

Before joining Eversheds, Emma completed a six month client secondment with a major car manufacturer, during which she advised on and negotiated a number of agreements with its customers and suppliers.
