Sasha is an Associate in the Commercial team. She specialises in Company and Commercial matters including company formation and constitution with experience in advising clients on Articles of Association and joint venture shareholder agreements. She also has experience in working in corporate governance and structure including share restructures and EMI schemes.

In addition, Sasha has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and IP contracts for national and international companies across a broad spectrum of industries including supply of goods and services related agreements, franchise agreements, IP assignments and licence agreements.

Before joining Eversheds, Sasha’s experience included working in house with clients from different sectors, providing in house training on legal matters through preparing and delivering specialist seminars and workshops.
