Nancy Brown is a Partner in our Real Estate Group and heads the Manchester team. She is experienced in all aspects of corporate real estate advising clients in the financial services, retail and health sectors.

Nancy leads the Eversheds Sutherland team advising major financial services companies across the UK and her team exclusively manages all of the routine property requirements of a number of high street banks and retailers on an outsourced model.

Nancy also manages Eversheds Sutherland’s national team recently appointed by a major UK institutional investor dealing with every aspect of their development funding and investment portfolio work.
