Wendy is a solicitor in our Real Estate Practice Group. She acts for a number of occupier clients in the chemicals, aggregates and education sectors and is involved in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and the granting and release of third party rights.

Wendy's experience includes:

• Assisting in the property elements of an underground gas storage project and dealing with follow-up supplementary transactions and the on-going day to day property issues for a major chemicals company;
• Dealing with title and on-going property issues for an oil company following their acquisition of a refinery and associated sites;
• Acting for a further education college in the acquisition of land subject to overage rights retained by the seller and negotiating electricity substation leases and associated easements in connection with the redevelopment of the college's campus;
• Acting for an aggregates company on a number of leases of industrial sites and the disposal of several quarry sites.
