Thomas is an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. He acts for a range of clients in the financial services sector, advising them on contentious regulatory matters, financial crime, and disputes arising from retail, commercial and investment operations.

Thomas’s recent experience includes:

• Acting for financial institutions in claims for breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, professional negligence, secured and unsecured debt recovery, and personal guarantee enforcement;

• Representing regulated firms in response to large-scale Financial Conduct Authority investigations; and

• Advising a range of commercial clients in respect of the EU and UK’s sanctions, money laundering, bribery and corruption regimes.
