David is a Chartered Legal Executive in our corporate group. He specialises in corporate recovery and insolvency with an emphasis on contentious insolvency, bankruptcy and personal insolvency.
He advises creditors upon recovery and enforcement, particularly against errant directors and for office holders on realisation of assets in insolvent estates.
He is a regular speaker on all aspects of personal insolvency. He has done numerous talks and seminars to insolvency practitioners as part of their own in house training or as one off bespoke presentations.
